BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings

  • We understand sometimes life and unforeseen situations can arise, we do ask you to give us at least 24hrs notice prior to all booking cancellations or rescheduling, if failed to notify in this time frame or don’t show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will need to be paid before making another booking. You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment online via your own account by logging in.

  • If you also need to use the bathroom to clean your lashes,  please do this as soon as you walk in to the salon, this will allow us to make full use of your scheduled appointment time and avoid delaying the next client.
    If you are running late, we will try to accommodate you the best we can but we may not be able to perform the full service, and standard fees will still apply.

  • Deposit paid during booking will be deducted from the final amount on the day you have your treatment.

BEFORE APPOINTMENT

  • 1.    Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are running late please advise us via Whatsapp or sms only. We will try our best to accommodate you though we may not be able to complete the full service in the remaining time frame and standard fees will still be applied.

  • 2.    Remove any make-up products such as mascara or false lashes glue before your appointment. This will allow us more time to spend on applying lash extensions and creating a beautiful set for you. To get the best result do not wear eye creams and makeup for 2 days before your appointment.

  • 3.    If you required your current extensions removed, ensure that you book for a lash removal service and another appointment for a new set of lashes to hold enough time in the agenda.

24-HOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 1.    We understand that unforeseen circumstances often arise and that you may not be able to attend your appointment

  • 2.    If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do this at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time online by logging into your account. Your deposit can be moved towards your next booking only if your cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the exact time you  originally booked.

  • 3.    If it is within 24 hours and you cannot attend your appointment, you may either send a friend or family member to take your slot, or you will loose your deposit.

  • 4.    No-shows and last-minute cancellations will fmean that your loose your deposit. In the case of two no-shows, you will be asked to book no further appointments. 

  • 5.    Cancellations must be made a working day in advance and messages left on Sundays or public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day.

  • 6.    Confirming your appointment will be seen as acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.

  • 7.    In the event of a refund, any fees payable will be less transaction fee depending on your card provider.

ADDITIONAL POLICY

  • 1.    To be eligible for infills, at least 50% lashes are required for under 3 weeks infills only.

  • 2.    In Some circumstances we may take refill bookings where the previous set was not done here at Whiplash Wimper Extensions, though this will depend on the quality of the lash extensions at the time. Please note that, if the current lash extensions is not in good condition/quality or up to our standards here at Whiplash Wimper Extensions then you will be advised to book in for a removal, clean and a full set. Please be mindful of this and contact  the salon by phone or email to speak to one of our professionals before making an appointment so that your tile and ours is not wasted. A photo may be required to help us make a professional decision. If you choose to not respect these T&C’s and an appointment is made without notifying us prior may result to a cancellation fee 50% of your appointment.

  • 3.    If you have a medical condition or history of allergies/reactions, please seek medical advice, and get clearance prior to booking appointment with us and advise us of the same

  • 4.    If you wish to get a patch test done please book appointment under “glue allergy test” to avoid any penalties.

  • 5.    You will be liable to pay 50% of the total appointment fee if you do not show up to the appointment or cancellation within 24hrs of the appointment.

AFTER THE APPOINTMENT

  • 1.    Eyelash extension may not be suitable for everybody. Lash technicians are not responsible for any reaction or irritation you may experience

  • 2.    In the event of reactions, you should consider seeking medical advice immediately at your own expense

  • 3.    Refunds are not given in any circumstances, however if you are not happy with the service or have any issues such as allergic reaction, we will provide you with a free lash removal service within 24 hrs of your lash appointment.

  • * The above terms and conditions (T&C’s) will apply to current and all future bookings.

​

  • * The T&Cs will apply whether the booking is made online on manually with a staff member of Whiplash Wimper Extensions.
